Terms and Conditions

1. It is agreed that Fox Photography provide the services and products as specified at the time of booking at the agreed charges.

2. A deposit of $50.00 will secure your booking date and time. Booking fee must be paid in full before the day of your experience.

3. The dates and times available for your Fox Experience are Monday to Sunday. Weekends are often booked well in advance, so contact the studio early to avoid disappointment.

4. Cancellation & postponement. A booking is considered firm as from the date of confirmation and accordingly Fox will, charge a fee of $50.00 for cancellation or postponement, if less than 48 hours notice given.

5. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable.

6. Upgrades to packages differing from those initially booked may occur at any time up to and including the day of your shoot.

7. Online gallery of images will be published at our discresion and if we allocate you a gallery this will take around 14 days from the day of your shoot and will remain online for at least month.

8. If you have a date that you require images to be ready to give as a gift please confirm with us before your experience to ensure we can accommodate.

9. Adverse conditions: Fox Photography cannot be held responsible for any adverse conditions, climatic, electrical, or electronic disturbances or otherwise, affecting the quality and possible shooting of any photography. In such circumstances the client will be offered a full makeover & re-shoot.

10. Artistic Licence and Copyright: Fox Photography shall have full control over the artistic content of photography unless previously agreed with the client prior to the shoot and shown on the booking form. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright and all rights to publication and/or copying of all photography produced will remain the property of Fox Photography. Copying of photographs is illegal under the 1988 copyright act.

11. Unless a client requests otherwise Fox Photography may use photographic material for promotional and other purposes, including professional photography competitions, in our online & studio portfolio.

12. Liability: The due performance of this contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by Fox Photography. This may be necessary at any time due to causes beyond their control. In the unlikely event of total or partial equipment failure caused by mechanical or electrical or operator error or cancellation of this contract by Fox Photography liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid to Fox Photography.

13. APPLICABLE LAW: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Australia
